address to Congress beginning at 7pm ET, live to all stations.
Coverage will end as soon as possible. Transition to NFL
programming will be seamless. Network Operations will inform
stations of any impact to commercial pods in the NFL Kickoff
program via Urgent Messages on Thursday evening.

2011 NFL Affiliate Advertising and Promotional Guidelines:

*For 2011, the NFL will again allow advertising for tourist
destinations, including Las Vegas, subject to the specific rules

*Ads for any nutritional supplements, regardless of whether such

*As always, please note the NFL's restrictions that apply to

event of a very fast-moving game, it is possible that NFL coverage
could end prior to 11:30pm ET. This will enable stations to
transition to their local programming as quickly as possible after
our standard post-game coverage is concluded.
NOTE: If standby programming airs, Network programming is
guaranteed until 10:59:30pm ET (see Prime standby plan below).
NOTE TO ET/CT STNS: Late Night and All Night programs REVERT TO
THEIR NORMAL START TIMES.
(C) End of Telecast Conditions:

NBC Sports plans to conclude NFL coverage on time. However, in the
event we are approaching the scheduled end time of the telecast
and NBC Sports elects to continue with coverage beyond 11:29:30pm
